The Better Business Bureau (often abbreviated to BBB) is a non-profit organization that seeks to improve trust between consumers and businesses by encouraging businesses to adhere to good codes of conduct. The BBB’s Rating System
The BBB rating system relies on an A through F letter-grade scale. These grades represent BBB’s trust and confidence in a company to conduct its business in good faith and doing its best to resolve any complaints filed with the BBB.
The bureau’s letter grade for a particular business derives from more than a dozen factors, not least of which is how the company handles itself when it comes to consumer complaints and callbacks.
